Johnson & Johnson Vision Booth Design

Vision Made Possible

Overview

Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV) is set to make an impact at the 36th Annual Scientific Meeting Hong Kong Ophthalmological Symposium, happening from December 6-8, 2024. This event is a fantastic opportunity for JJV to showcase its impressive range of eye care products, with a particular focus on the TECNIS PureSee and ELITA offerings.

The goal? To enrich the knowledge of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region while creating valuable networking moments.

Despite its strong reputation in the industry, JJV faced the challenge of capturing attention in a bustling exhibition environment. With over 500 attendees expected, including international experts and delegates, the booth needed to stand out while effectively communicating JJV's dedication to improving vision.

Challenge

Additionally, the design had to comply with venue height restrictions, ensuring a welcoming and accessible space

Solution

We developed a booth centered on the compelling theme "Elevating Your Vision Clarity." The design effectively uses materials to highlight key products, symbolizing JJV's commitment to enhancing patient care. Utilizing red and white pillars represent the strong partnership between JJV and healthcare professionals (HCPs), emphasizing customized solutions for diverse patient needs.

In this project, my role was to lead the design process from initial brainstorming to the final presentation, ensuring the concept aligned with the client's vision. After presenting the initial idea, I refined the design based on their feedback and created 3D models, visuals and mockups that brought our concept to life.

Implementation & Results

The final booth design is positioned to engage and attract attendees at the symposium. JJV's thoughtful approach not only enhances its visibility at this important event but also reinforces its reputation as a leader in eye care.

This booth is more than just a display; it embodies JJV's commitment to collaboration and quality, creating an inviting and dynamic space for HCPs to connect, engage, and explore innovative solutions in ophthalmology.
